The effort you put into tuning of your motor package is only as good as the accuracy of your weather data.

The RaceJet Weather pod is a high precision,battery powered, hand held,  pocket size weather data collection device.
It contains laser trimmed  barometer, thermometer and hygrometer sensors.
The unit sends real time data to either a PDA
device or PC / Laptop.
By drop down menu in the software, the user can select from U.S. or Metric measurements.
The RaceJet Weather Pod can be attached to the back of the PDA device via Velcro (as show in picture to the right) or it can be positioned to the users choice.
The RaceJet is a Commercial Grade device but is still a fraction of the cost of comparable units available on the market today.

When the RaceJet Weather Pod  comes with it’s own
software package for PDA and Windows.
When used with MaxJet Jetting Software (sold separately)
it becomes as simple a pressing one button to get the
correct jetting.

Data Read Out:
The RaceJet Weather Pod displays the following information
when coupled with a PDA or PC / Laptop:
Temperature - Relative Humidity - Barometric Pressure
Relative Air Density (R.A.D.) - Density Altitude

Interface:
The RaceJet connects with a cable that has a DB9 connector
(aka serial connector)
For PC’s and laptops this will be a Null Modem Cable.
(The Null Modem Cable is provided with the RaceJet)
For PDA’s it will be with a Hotsync cable that has a serial connector.

PDA Devices:
The PDA must have an operating system of Palm OS 3.5 or higher. (PDA is not provided in the RaceJet kit)
